You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back. It needs to be unworn, unwashed, and with its tags still attached.
How to start one
Email support@wearvaerla.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with instructions within one working day.
Your refund
Once the parcel reaches us we check it and refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days for it to appear on your statement — most banks are faster.
Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want. That way you are not waiting on stock.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or fails in normal use, tell us and send a photo. We will sort it — that is not a return, it is our mistake.
