Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Vaerla goes beyond this: you have 30 days from delivery to send anything back.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been altered, marked or scented.

How to start a return

Email support@wearvaerla.com with your order number and the items you are sending back. We reply with instructions within one working day. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Your refund

Once the parcel reaches us we inspect it and refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement; most banks are faster. The refund covers the price of the returned items and the standard delivery charge you paid, if any.

Exchanges

The quickest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so you are not waiting on stock.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails in normal use, email us with your order number and a photograph. Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which in the European Union runs for two years from delivery. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
